*Please be advised that certain conditions and considerations may be required to guarantee appearances by certain members of our staff including hotel, travel, and dining expenses. While we are very eager to attend as well as promote events, people are generally not attending many of the events with purchasing a magazine as a priority. It also prevents us from booking our own events to accept 3rd party bookings, which in turn reduces our own revenue. Ask us how you can better bill us on your event to better recover your investment, and focus on us more as guests than just media coverage. We have a lot more to offer many of you than just an article.
All reasonable and fair offers will be considered.
Expenses to consider:
Food cost: Minimum $20 per day, per person (Average event staff for us is 3-4 people)
Hotel cost: $40-$100 per day on average, depending on hotel policies
Travel expense: Varies based on fuel costs
